Doug Bauer

A 25-year veteran of the residential real estate industry. As President and Chief Operating Officer of one of the nation's largest homebuilders, Doug oversaw all facets of the company's creation and growth, and also started its mortgage subsidiary, serving as Chairman and CEO.

Mike Grubbs

Yet another 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, served 16 of those years as an executive with one of America's most respected homebuilders, in roles that included Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
