The mortgage process is easier than you may think. Here is how it works:
Step 1.Fill out a loan application
(see Sales Counselor) and submit it to a member of the TRI Pointe Homes sales team.
Step 2.Meet with your loan consultant
who will work with you to understand your specific needs and individual circumstances in order to recommend the best financing options for you.
Step 3.Provide all required documentation
pay stubs, account statements, tax forms, etc. - to your loan processor.
Step 4.Prepare for closing
Once you have been notified that your loan has been approved, prepare for closing. Your loan processor will verify that you have obtained homeowner's insurance and will coordinate with a title company and escrow officer to ensure that all of your loan documents are accurate.
Step 5.Meet with your escrow officer
to review and sign all documents. As soon as those documents are recorded with the county recorder, you'll be a proud TRI Pointe homeowner.
